Meet the team!
Brittany J. Miles, M. Ed. (she/her)
With teaching as her 2nd career, Brittany understood the importance of Organizational Development, its impact on culture, and how it would assist schools in their efforts to succeed.
After obtaining her Master’s in Educational Leadership, she actively brought this vision to life while serving in several leadership positions, helping to lead 3 failing schools to a passing grade through her instructional and culture driven leadership.
Brittany’s area of expertise is in School Culture Programming, Organizational Development and Learning and Development Management.
Her heart for children and passion for organizational culture ignited a flame that has allowed her the opportunity to continue striving towards assisting schools and businesses in the quest for a positive and transformative culture.
Caitlin Whitmoyer, M. Ed. (she/her)
Caitlin brings a unique perspective to supporting educators and educational staff, combining deep teaching experience with expertise in organizational wellness and systemic change.
During her career as an educator, she taught across elementary, middle, and high school levels while serving in leadership roles from coaching to assistant principal to consultant. Throughout this journey, she witnessed firsthand how institutional culture directly impacts both educator wellbeing and student outcomes - experiences that revealed the critical gaps in support systems for faculty and staff across all educational settings.
After obtaining her Master's degree in 2018, she focused on the intersection of workplace culture and professional sustainability in educational environments. Her work demonstrated how proper support systems could dramatically improve both educator retention and institutional effectiveness, helping bring schools out of "turnaround" status through strategic culture transformation.
Beyond her professional work, Caitlin embodies the wellness principles she advocates for. As a visionary entrepreneur and dedicated wellness practitioner, she teaches yoga, leads restorative meditation sessions, and continuously studies healing modalities. Her commitment to personal wellbeing and ongoing learning allows her to authentically guide others in creating sustainable, healthy approaches to both professional and personal growth.
